Is there a way to have a pop up announcement appear on a page other than home?

HI, hopefully this may help.  Online Dashboard, Website, Under Popups, in settings, scroll down to Embed Code to copy your code.  Then within Edit Site, go to desired page, +Add Section, scroll down to Media, Embed Code. 

It's worth a try.
