Pickup and Delivery grayed out on Ordering Profile ..can't edit or enable.

Hi Square community, I apologize if this is the wrong thread for this question!

I just set up my Square account for my food pop-up business (Jolly Egg) and I'm having trouble enabling Pickup and Delivery on my Online Ordering Profile. Both options appear grayed out and I cannot click Edit or Add Location on either one.

Here is what I have already confirmed:

  • My bank account is connected and verified
  • I have a valid business address added under Locations 
  • I am the account owner with full permissions
  • My menu is set up with all items added

I am on the free plan. Could this be a plan limitation, or is there a step I'm missing to unlock these options?
