I am using Square Register. Yesterday around 6pm 08/09/2023 , I was experiencing an outage when trying to take the Afterpay payment from customer which amount is AUD$127.20, but from customer side it showed payment processed successfully.
This morning I checked the transaction record and found that it was not there.
Any Suggestions? This is an incident happened second time.
