Anyone else noticing over the last 2 weeks that Online is not syncing with the Dashboard and POS but ONLY for prep times on pickup and delivery?
Dashboard and POS will show 1 hour for instance, the website will show 30 and on and on.
And today the POS updated and now shows a new screen when in Orders and choosing the clock for order timing, it doesn't work and it's made order times on screen crazy times like 2 am but receipt shows correct time ๐คฃ
ve had some timing issues but nothing that is quite the same. We've had square allow orders to come through even when we have our throttling set at a spcific number of orders and more so when our fulfillment time has been pushed out-IE in square we have fulfilment at 45 mins and we get an order come through for 5 mins time. We're also a pizzeria.
