Hi. We are having a MAJOR issue with orders. Self-Serve orders will not populate on the orders tab. The tab just "thinks" indefinitely. This includes uninstalling/reinstalling the app, force closing, and exists on ALL iOS devices and ALL apps, including iPad and iPhone, as well as retail and POS. The ONLY way to get the orders to sync is to force a fresh sync in the apps settings, but that only fixes it for that moment, meaning the very next order will NOT sync. Example videos attached.
(A separate but related issue is that prior to this, for months now, the orders have been showing out of the specified order. I reported this many times to no avail. I will wait to include examples of this.)
Note: We are using the new Orders module. We have tried disabling this and experience the same result.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having here.
To clarify, are these self-serve orders being placed by customers via QR code, or on a Square Kiosk? This information will help me better understand the specific workflow that's causing problems.
Unfortunately, the videos you mentioned didn't upload successfully. Could you please send photos of the Orders screen on the affected devices? Please ensure your devices are visible in the images so we can identify which models you're using.
