We have noticed a change in the way orders have printed in the last week or so. When you go into orders, select an order, and click the print icon, the order information and details are now printing across only the first 2/3 or so of the page. Is there a way to change this somehow? We have noticed this change across multiple user accounts and computers, so I don't think it's an isolated issue.
We have the same problem. Do you use the square register? do you have printer profiles?
We do have the square register, but we print our orders from either a desktop or laptop.
