HELP!
I can't apply a public holiday surcharge easily from what I can see.
I just exported our library, increased prices by 10% and then imported. This updated the POS, but now for some reason it isn't updating the online library? Surely I don't have to edit each price in each item?
I also updated the online sale price in the export.

Are you still experiencing this? The reason I ask is that every time you import your item it can take a bit of time to get synced into your Square Online Item library.
Hi, I think it was because “sellable” didn’t have y. Haven’t seen tha column before.
all fixed now.
It would still be good to know the best way to apply public holiday surcharges online

Currently, Square Online does not have the feature to apply public holiday surcharges to your sales. However, you can still customize your sales tax settings as needed.
