Online orders stopped processing payments on 8/29

We use Woocommerce for our e commerce platform. On 8/29 payments stopped processing, customers received the following error message. Can anyone help us figure out what is going on?

This error seems to be coming from the site's side. 

 

You'll need to reach out to WooCommerce to figure out what went wrong here since they're a third party with us.
