Online orders on KDS getting pushed aside

Just this evening we have noticed that if there is an online order on our KDS and then an in-house order comes through it pushes the online order back. I'm assuming there must have been an update to change this but what setting do I need to change to make it stop doing this?IMG_20251106_194533.jpg

Firstly, could you confirm that your KDS is on the latest version of the app? You can do this by going to the Google Play store on your KDS tablets. If there are no updates available, please click "About this app" and scroll down to "App info". There, you'll see the app version. Please share the version number with me, and I can escalate this further if needed.

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hello, I tried to reply earlier this morning but now I'm not seeing my response so not sure what happened. I'm not up at the restaurant anymore so going by memory i think the app version is 6.81 currently. There are no new updates to download. The online orders seem to have gone back to their normal behavior and no longer get pushed to the back of the line when in house orders come in. However,  we have had a couple new problems with them as of last evening. We had 2 in-house orders entered on our pos's, one from a register and one from a tablet, that never showed up on any of the kds's.  We have also had 2 groups of completed orders show back up on the kds's even though they were almost 24 hours old and were already paid and completed. Thanks for any insight to these problems as they can make it quite difficult to keep orders straight during peak hours.
