Online orders are still pending and they are not seen on Square Register or printed for the kitchen

Hi,

 

Our restaurant recently started using Square online to take orders and payments online. 

However, when I tried to make payments, they were gone through but we can see that the orders' status is still "pending", and we couldn't see any printed or active orders on our Square register or kitchen printer.

 

Please help me to solve the problems.

I'd be happy to help, I just need some more details. 

 

You have a Square Online site where you are taking orders for pickup/delivery? 

You would be able to see any orders placed on your website on the Orders section of your Dashboard or Register. 

 

Also, I'm unclear about this "when I tried to make payments, they were gone through but we can see that the orders' status is still "pending" - what payments are you referring to? And do you use Square KDS?
