Online Square dashboard is very slow/does not update

Why is Square retail app is so slow? When I update my items such as changing site visibility, it does not update.

For example, I open items library. Select an item. Click update visibility. I will hide it from my website. Save. The item is still in the visible items list. When I open it, visible option is still selected.
How do others work? I am paying for subscription. Why don't you guys fix your system and make it work properly?

Moreover, it has been over a week since I launched my online website, but whenever I open my online dashboard, it still shows "We are syncing your business information". What does this mean???

I would contact customer support about this. They should be able to resolve this issue.

@Behzod I agree with you that Square Sync does take a bit of time. It has significantly improved over the last year, but it could use some more work. 

I assume you view your site in private mode to avoid viewing cached versions of your site.
