Help with Auto stock adjustments

I am trying to implement a preset 'recipe' for my store. Let's say I have Recipe A, and this recipe uses Items 1-3 to make. My store has all these products sold separately but also together in Recipe A. When I add stock to recipe A, can square automatically reduce stock for items 1-3?
