We received our first online orders. We went in and updated the orders to reflect that items had been shipped via USPS with corresponding tracking numbers. Customers received emails notifying them their items had shipped but did not receive the USPS tracking number. Shouldn't they have received this information?

As long as you've followed the directions laid out in this article from our Support Center, the email sent to your customer confirming the shipment should have included the tracking number. It would look like this in the email:

If your customer opted in to text message (SMS) updates, they will also receive a text update with the tracking info:
