No one can order...screen possibly frozen?

Hello! Ive been able to accept orders with 0 issues, but today someone went to order and when any item is tapped it does nothing. example- my home screen has 6 items, any that you tap to buy/see the price etc it literally does nothing. Ive republished the site and even changed inventory counts to "Update" hoping that would help. Any help would be appreciated. Im using android devices but can use a desktop too.
