Nightmare getting items added to my online store. Where do I complain about support?

Have spent HOURS trying to get items into my online store correctly. Finally got one item and its variations listed and working and decided to test adding another one to ensure things were working and it is. not. working. Will not show the sales tax when the item is added to the cart.

 

I've now been transferred back and forth to different departments on the phone with support 4 times. The second person refused to help me because she heard my husband in the background and said I didn't consent to him being on the call. WTAF? The third person I spoke to told me the sales tax was configured properly. I said, yes, I know. So why is it not showing up when the item is added to the cart? She said, oh you need help with your online store? Oh I can't help with that. You need to be transferred. 

 

I may just be screaming into the void here, but if anyone is listening, please tell me every item I add to my store isn't going to take hours to get to work? And also is the glitchiness I'm experiencing common?

Is there any way you can show us screen shots of how you have everything setup in the back end? That way we can figure out what's happening? Make sure to erase any confidential information.
