New items created won't save

We are trying to create a new item, when we hit save, the item will not save, it just sits we can get the save button to start spinning if we click on leave feedback but it will eventually time out. we have tried 2 different browsers and three different networks, squares shows online and all systems working,

I talked to support they were able to create it on there end. It happens for both chrome and safari. If you duplicate an item with variations, then delete the variations and instead use a set price for the duplicated item. It won’t save. I found a work around for now by deleting all but one the variations to match the price. It’s clunky and doesn’t look at nice on the guest end, but the ln again most things in square modifiers are that way so it blends in.

Sometimes there will be some glitches here and there. I call them Square gremlins. We had some issues last week with a delay of new items showing up on our website. 

 

Have you tried since? Maybe clear cache and start over?
