Need to create a totally new account as I have changed my name and there's no way of changing the name of the Account holder. Need help how to create a new account and then transfer the library from the existing old account so I don't have to lose everything . Thank you

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you’ve changed your name and would like to create a new Square account while keeping your existing data. At this time, it’s not possible to change the legal account holder’s name on an existing Square account. However, you can absolutely create a new account using your updated name and email address by visiting:

Regarding your existing data and items (such as your item library, customer directory, or transaction history):
Your transaction history can’t be transferred between accounts for security reasons.
Your item library and customer lists can be exported from your current account and then imported into your new one.
To export: Go to your Square Dashboard → Items or Customers → Export.
To import: Sign in to your new account → Items or Customers → Import and upload your saved file.
