re posting this from 2023. We still need a way to track the history of open tickets such as the date opened, who opened and who has made changes to the open ticket.
when the date changes every time the ticket is open we can not see how long the actual ticket has been open.
I would hope that since this issue has been brought up several times for the developers that a report would be created to be able to track the open tickets.

I was able to get in touch with one of our product developers. They let me know that this is expected behavior when reprinting or adding a new item to an open ticket.

I believe there are at least a couple or a few requests for this in the Ideate board.
Be sure to vote for those requests or initiate a request so that it might be added to a future road map for development.
