My account got flagged because they think I sell CBD and marijuana products when I don’t.

I tried doing text message marketing and my account was flagged due to shaft regulations. They were saying because I sell CBD and marijuana. I Cannot market through text messaging. We have never sold marijuana or CBD
After that, I tried getting the Shaft regulation removed and it automatically enrolled me into the CBD/marijuana program. I have been asking for help for the past four weeks saying my account would be fixed within 3 to 4 days. They asked me to fill out the request for more information and I cannot answer the questions because they all pertain to CBD and marijuana. Questions like how much marijuana do you sell? There’s no way to opt out of these questions. We are a pest control company that specializes in weed spraying & herbicide application. We do not sell weed !!! We never have. They have froze all my accounts and I don’t have access to my money. I have called Support about three or four times and every time they tell me somebody will get in touch with me within two business days. That has never happened.

Our team has reviewed the account and released the hold. They have also manually removed the account from the CBD program. 

 

Any held funds will be transferred to you according to your selected transfer option.
