How can I view my self serve QR orders in a report?

Hi there,

I can't see a simple way to see reporting for self serve orders. If I go to online, orders and filter I can see it come up under delivery. Is this the only way? Is there a way to export all transactions and see which online orders are by online vs self serve? We run pick up, delivery, and self serve.

You should be able to see the fulfilment type from the Orders page of the Dashboard. QR code orders will be listed in the Type column as Self-serve. You may need to click the + Plus button to the right of the Orders table and select Type if you’re not seeing this on your end.

This is how the Orders table should appear on your Square Dashboard:

Customer	Order	Type	Items	Channel	Location	Fulfilment date	Order date	Status
Customer name	Order number 123456789	Self-serve	Item name	Your website name	Your location name	Date/time	Date/time	Completed, Paid

When you export your orders as a CSV file, you’ll see a Fulfilment Type column which lists this information for you.

Thanks yes I saw this, it comes up if you have delivery in the filter or no filter.

But what I would like is one reporting - via transactions or other, that shows my POS sales and online sales and also includes self serve. Is this possible?

Hi @funkateers, just taking over for Katie. 

At this time, we don't have a specific report that that breakdown Point of Sale/Online sales reporting. This would be a feature request. 

You can download a copy of your transaction history, same as the order history and you'll see Source which will specify is the transaction was processed via Point of Sale or Online, but it will not specify self-serve, etc.
