Multiple purchases of same item with option for size and modifiers for customization

I am selling customized shirts with names. How do I set up the workflow to allow a customer to choose 3 of the same shirt, different sizes for each shirt and custom name for each one. I have created option for sizes and text modifier for name. Can this be done or do I need to limit quantity to 1 and have them repeat process for each item?

HI, that's a lot for one listing.  Unfortunately customer's do not read or pay attention.  Best advice, one per listing.
