why does this happen? Then I have to go back and delete all the added appointments. I'm referring to the appts at 1p and 2p. Crazy!!! Hapeens about twice a month.
Hey @dawgroomz does this happen with the same customer over and over, new customers, or is there any pattern besides the time frame that you may notice?
The only thing ive noticed is that it happens when i go back in time to check out the customer. ie check out yesterdays appointments today. My app has been going offline a lot too, so im not sure if this has anything to do with it. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps for the offline issue...didnt really help!
It did it again. This time I swiped a card on my phone. Is this a bug in the system?

I would contact our Appointments team directly about this one either by phone or email.
It seems buggy so they'll be the ones who can look into it further and file a ticket for you since other sellers here on the Community can't.
