Has anybody noticed high bounce rates on Square Marketing Campaigns?
In the last week it seems all my email marketing to Microsoft related emails, outlook, hotmail, msn etc have bounced.
Microsofts own website states this is an issue with Sender Reputation (Square) but Square refuse to take any responsibility, are unable to suggest a fix for the issue.
As a result I'm hitting 15% bounce rates all to valid, subscribed and engaged Microsoft related emai addresses. Just wondered if anybody else using Square Marketing is having this issue?

I've flagged your concerns with our Marketing team to see if there has been any notable increase in bounce rates to Microsoft emails across the board, however it is unlikely this is the case, as Square monitors for wider email deliverability issues. In any case, I'll let you know what they advise when I have a response.
