I've recently hired a number of staff and want to measure their individual performance when it comes to loyalty sign-ups. The current loyalty report only shows information about the customer and nothing indicating which team member is responsible for which quantity of new sign ups. I would like to utilize this data for team building and peer-to-peer training. I can't find anything in the dashboard or monthly recap that breaks this down. Does such a report exist?
I realize this conversation has mostly concluded but I'm looking for some fairly granular reporting in the loyalty dashboard that I can't find but want to. I have a team of 5 and want to see reporting on which team members are leaders in loyalty sign ups. I want to leverage this data to allow for peer-to-peer coaching and to support those on my team who need it to ensure continued success with our loyalty sign ups. I am hopeful that an integration of our teams data and the loyalty data can be pulled together to show this information as it will be very powerful as a team building and skills sharing resource. Please let me know if this is available or being developed.

At this time, having the ability to see which team members are leaders in loyalty sign ups via a detailed report is a feature request. We recommend posting your feature request in our Ideate board for greater visibility. In this board, other Square Sellers can also chime in to add their thoughts and use case for a feature like this one.
