Maximum Discount Value

Hi all, 

How to set the Maximum discount value to the entire order, not single item? so maximum $ 10 off for $100 order with 15 different items.

Currently when i set maximum discount value. It applies to each item.

If you create a discount that applies to an item, the limit would apply to each item. 

If you create a discount that applies to entire orders, then the limit applies to the entire order. 

If you can send a screenshot of the discount you have set up with a max value, maybe I can tell you what needs to be changed.
