We just purchases a Register and transitioned from the standard POS to the Restaurant system. We've used the loyalty programme before, and it's always worked flawlessly. Now, we're not certain if customers are actually collecting points. It seems like they can claim rewards, and sign up to the loyalty programme, but there's no way to make sure the customer knows they're getting their points.
I've also seen in previous posts on this forum that others have not been able to get loyalty working properly on the Register and/or Square for Restaurants. We can't find any settings on the Register itself. Is there any way that we can use Loyalty as before, or is this not a feature in Restaurants?

Our team confirmed that Loyalty is available for sellers using the legacy version of Square Restaurant on the Register.
Once you close a bill on your Register, your customer’s points will automatically save to their profile when either paying with a linked card, providing their phone number on the buyer facing display or adding them to the sale.
You can enable Loyalty in :
More > Settings.
Select Loyalty.
Toggle on Show check-in screen at start of transaction. Ensure that the Enable Loyalty option is toggled on in order to update the settings on your device.

How do we know if we have the legacy Square for Restaurants on the Register or not? We've just signed up to loyalty today and there's no way to view it on the Register.
