I’ve been using Square for restaurants and have a kiosk in our lobby. Initially, I could categorize items and set the order in which they were displayed, which worked well.
A few months ago, Square introduced their new kiosk software, which had some issues but have since been resolved.
However, I’m still facing an inconvenience for my customers. The items displayed on the kiosk seem to be ordered in the same way they were entered into Square. They don’t follow the categories menu ordering or the POS screen order.
Could anyone please advise me on how to order the items displayed on my kiosk?
