Keeping track of orders in ghost kitchen

I rent a commercial kitchen that only I use and I am getting ready to open. It’s pick up or delivery only. I have the square terminal. When orders come in, how do I keep track of orders? Say I get 5 orders that come in one after the other. I have someone with me also at the kitchen. Will the person have to write down the orders and then give them to me so I can keep track? What about just getting a printer?

@MarioP You can choose to do it one of 2 ways.  You can get a ticket printer (wi-fi) and then the terminal can print to that printer, or you could pay the very reasonable extra to add a kds to your kitchen with an ipad and see the tickets on a central screen or cast it to a tv if you need a bigger display.  I would recommend the kds, but a star sp742 would be a great kitchen printer.  The thermal star printers will work also, but make sure you get a wifi printer as it will be easiest to work with the terminal.
