Kds tickets showing late

The tickets are showing on our kds about 4 minutes after the order is put in. They are printing on our kitchen printer fine. Anyone else having this problem and know how to solve it?

Hey @Foodies718,

We're aware of this issue and it was intermittent/should be stabilizing now. It was only affecting some sellers on KDS but should be running tickets normally very shortly if not right now.
