Our Square system shows items as unpublished to the online store hosted by GoDaddy despite imports from GoDaddy. The stock count is also not updating so we get orders for items not available.

The part "Where it's sold" actually refers to your Square Online website(s), and not your GoDaddy one. The mention "unpublished" means that the Square Online website is currently unpublished, not the item itself.
If you've connected GoDaddy to your Square account through our App Marketplace, and the items are not visible, I invite you to reach out to GoDaddy's support team directly. While Square integrate with the ecommerce platform, the integration is managed entirely by GoDaddy. Their team will be able to assist !
