Items not showing up online store, but exist in back end

Hello, 

 

I've been having an issue for the last week where an item I added through Square was not showing up on Square Online, I could go through the item and add to website with the Go to Square Online link and it would show up in the section I would add it to, but as of today nothing new is showing up regardless if it's turned on Visible or not. 

 

The crazy part is, the item shows up on Square Online in the catagory I've assigned it to! Just doesn't show up as visible online. Anyone else having this problem?

HI, there is a known sync issue with Square.  By adding inventory to the Online Dashboard seems to populate the items quicker.
