Item upload error using Excel template

I have an issue with item bulk uploads not showing in the dashboard. I upload a list of items via the Excel template but they don't appear in the item list in the Square/dashboard/item library. They are visible in the checkout of the app for sale but logging out and closing the browser doesn't make them visible in the dashboard. It's not until I upload the spreadsheet a second time that both sets of items appear as identical variations. I then need to delete each duplicate variation individually to make the inventory correct. This fault only seems to have started within the last few weeks.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
