When i click on packing slips in the “retail” app, the print screen focus is hidden behind the list of items below so its impossible to hit “print”
anyone else having this issue on an iphone running ios 16.0.3?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? If so and the issue persists then you will want to reach out to our Support Team on the phone so they can troubleshoot this further and escalate if necessary.
I am having the same issue. Tried from two different computers, two different printers. Not using the app, but the web based dashboard.

I'd recommend running through some browser troubleshooting steps to make sure that the issue is not coming from the browser you are using instead from the Square account itself.
Once you have gone through those steps, please let me know if the issue persists and send me any relevant screenshots of what is appearing on the screen when trying to print our packing slips using Retail on the Dashboard. Would be happy to take a further look into why this is happening.
There is an issue with the application too, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists, the problem is also random, it doesn’t always fail but it does most of the time,

An issue when accessing the dashboard through ANY browser and trying to print packing slips.
I spoke to someone through live chat last week, the first person could not help me and told me they would pass the issue off to someone else and I waited and nobody came back to assist me.
It is any computer, any browser, and any printer setup.
The packing slip comes up on the screen with the blue "Print" button as shown in WIllar's example. When the button is clicked, the window closes and nothing else happens. No print dialogue box, nothing.
If you try to right-click --> print to try to get around this, it is blank pages.
Thanks for replying both of you, @Willar and @BCGirl. That does sound glitchy alright. If possible, could both of you provide a screen recording/video of trying to print a packing slip? I will have to escalate this to our teams to take a closer look.

I just tried it 😁 It opens a new window with a PDF and then I can print it!
Better than nothing 😉 but would be nice for it to just print without the extra step.
