Is there a way to suppress kitchen routing when submitting an order through API?

I am working with a few square clients who are restaurant, and for this particular use case I was wondering if it was at all possible to submit Square orders via API for inventory and accounting purposes, but to suppress any sort of kitchen routing that occur and consider the order completed?

@kiranmanicka Usually on the client side, kitchen routing is automatic, but governed by categories and order sources.  So to stop that behavior, you would have to classify those as a different order source or dining option.  Then your client side can just set the kds to not show those orders and effectively solve the issue that way.  I have a catering category that doesn't print or show up in the kitchen.  That wouldn't work for you, but with dining options, I think you could solve it.  Not a good api work around, but my 2c.
