When I make a sale using my Square POS, it automatically reduces that inventory. Or when I realize for whatever reason I have more or less than stated inventory, I can adjust it using one of the reasons such as theft, loss, etc. HOWEVER, when I make a sale OUTSIDE of my POS, there is no option for SALE other than if I directly sold via my POS and it automatically deducts the sold inventory from remaining inventory.
Can I add (or ask Square as a suggested add) to add OUTSIDE sale and it reduces inventory to include the cost of item that I have as a SALE? I also make sales via Etsy and at an antique booth that do not use my POS, but send me a check or the money directly and then I have to manually go to my square to reduce inventory and would like OUTSIDE sale as an option where it would treat it as a sale to reflect cost, etc.
