Is it possible to have both a shipping option and pickup option on the online store?

I've set up my online store which includes a shipping option for the customer, but would also like to give them the option to pay for an item and pick it up. However, I'm having difficulties setting up an option for both and it seems to only allow for shipping. Is it possible to offer both?

NOT Pickup and Delivery, but shipping and delivery?

Yes, you can have pick up and shipping as an option online. Click the Online tab, then click Websites, next Website Settings, then Item Preference, scroll down to Default Item Fulfillment, click edit then select your fulfillment choices...I have pick-up and shipping selected, but shipping is the default when my customers order online.  They can change to pick up in the same section.
