Recently, the process for cash transactions has changed in the system. Now the drawer is opening long after it used to. It is very awkward for the cashier and the customer to wait for this extended time. Also, in cases where you are very busy, it takes that much longer to get through a line.
I checked for updates how I normally would, and it just said "open" where it would normally say "update", but I touched it to open the details of the app listing and it said "update" in there! I did the update and it is working now!! Pops right open when you press the dollar amount!!

I want to investigate this further. Can you provide some additional information to better assist:
1) What Square hardware are you using?
2) What Cash drawer brand and model is this?
3) What app and app version are using on the register?
4) Can you provide a video of the issue?
