Inventory isn't Uploading Intake on my Ipad.

I have been having trouble the last few days with my inventory not uploading. It has been happening since Square had their system issues on Thursday 2/10. Anyone else having this problem? It says it is a Server issue. It works on the Dashboard Website but not on the Ipad. Is this an IOS issue maybe?

Sorry to hear of you're having some trouble with your Inventory on your iPad. I see you mentioned this has been occurring since we ran into some issues last Thursday. As of right now, there are no known issues reported on issquareup.com

 

I would suggest starting out with checking to make sure you have the latest version of the Square app and iOS. As you said, we can sometimes encounter issues within the app if your iPad isn't on the latest software version. You can follow the App Troubleshooting steps listed here as well.

If you are still seeing this issue after completing those steps, please reach out directly to our Support Team for further assistance. They can also report this issue to our Engineers if needed.

@_VioletI have the latest version on both. It started working again after I rebooted the Ipad. All is good now. Why did this take so long to get a response? I realize this isn't the Direct Support line but seems longer than usual.
