Inventory & Invoices

I have an elderly client that is "ok" with using her CC but shy's away from the ordering process.  She would rather send me an email with her order then asks to be "invoiced".  Not really a problem, however, when I do send the invoice (in detail)  how can I get it to take it out of inventory....or does it do that when it gets "paid" ?  Thanks  Lois

Inventory can be deducted with an invoice, although this happens when the invoice is paid and not when the invoice is created.
