After the Square disaster we discovered last week (described in the linked thread below) I found "test" data in my inventory that I didn't enter! I also just discovered at least one of my very active inventory items has been deleted. This is unacceptable, Square!!!

I can't believe more Square users aren't complaining about these issues, or is Square censoring the conversation about this??
I spent several hours last Thursday & Friday deleting old inventory items and re-hiding others to mitigate the risk of items (that I'm no longer selling) being purchased through the aforementioned keyword search on the Internet. Only to find that my Square inventory data was restored from an older backup and all the changes I made were GONE!!
I have a case number from Square chat support for the problem discussed in the thread above but Square will not give an update on the status of that case - what's the point of creating a case # if we can't track the status??
We need some answers from Square today!!
