Hello - my organization is considering using Square, but one feature of our current system that we would absolutely need to replicate is our drink chip system.
Currently, we had it set up that someone can purchase one or multiple drink chips, and the system prints out on the receipt printer an actual slip that can be redeemed later. When it's redeemed, we do a normal sale, then have a discount we apply when redeeming a chip to essentially comp the drink.
Could square do this? I was thinking maybe set up the chip item as a kitchen item, then have that order printout be what prints out - we would just need the POS printer to also be the kitchen printer.
Anyone more experienced with the system think this is feasible?
