Instant transfers on Sunday

If I instant transfer my balance on a Sunday, will it be available for me to access within the 15-20 minute instant transfer time frame?

Yes it should be available within that time frame with instant transfer.  They are available 24/7.

Thanks for your help. I ended up talking to my banker and beings no one would be in the bank on xmas day to approve or post it, I wouldn't have access to the money even if I did transfer it. But thanks for replying Minion and Dan.
