Did you check the amount you were transferred in correspondence with your daily sales / broken down by transaction?
The service charge would be included in the full bill, so you would need to check there first, we wouldn't send a separate transaction for the service charge.
To determine which transactions were included in each of your transfers, follow these steps.
- Visit Balance in your online Square Dashboard.
- Select the available balance section under locations.
- Choose “view all transfers.”
- Select a date range of your choice.
- Select the transfer you’d like to view to see the transfer details, including individual card payments.
