Identity verification error + products not showing on site

Hi everyone, I’m dealing with two issues that might be connected:

 

1. When I click to confirm my profile and verify my identity, I get redirected to a “Page not found” error. I’ve tried this on both mobile and desktop, using different browsers — same result every time.

 

2. My site is published, my catalog is complete, products are active and in stock — but they’re not showing up on the live site. Everything is set up correctly, so they should be visible.

 

Could the identity verification issue be interfering with product visibility or site activation?  

Any help or similar experiences would be appreciated.

I have a few questions for you:

  1. I know that a couple days ago we actually had a disruption with our Identification process on our site for taking payments with Square. This issue has since been resolved. Would you be able to give it another try and see if you are seeing the same thing?

  2. In regard to your site not showing up as intended, do you by chance have a link to your site? I can take a look from my side.

Look, when I finish filling that out, I end up going back to that initial page, and I keep doing that over and over again, and I never finish that step.

The video wasn't sent, so I'll send it as photos.

 

In the first photo, you can see that I'm missing one step to complete this verification phase. However, when I click to verify, it takes me to the form page, but when I finish filling it out, it returns to the same screen where it says that only one step is missing to finish the verification. I've tried several times, including now, and it failed again. Could it be something related to my region? I live in Portugal.
