I've been having printer issues since the latest IOS updates

Ever since the latest IOS updates, all my cash transactions are printing tickets, even though the setting is off. My credit card receipts are now printing a customer copy too, that setting is off as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as it is a waste of printer paper and annoying.  i've went through all the troubleshooting steps with customer service and the latest rep was baffled and said she would enter a ticket, that was Friday and still no resolution as of today. The printer is connected and working, yet in my printer profile it shows disabled. I've restarted and rebooted everything and even deleted the printer profile to try and solve the issue. No luck. Any suggestions?

  1. What app version is Square Restaurants?

  2. What device are you using?

  3. Have you tried deleting and recreating the printer profile?

  4. Could you provide a photo of your printer settings?
