I've tried 3 different times, and multiple ways but cannot get anyone from Square to call me! I'm reaching out to see if this is the best avenue.
@linnenterprise I'll step in here and take one for the team. For the most part, our super sellers are a diverse group of seasoned and successful sellers using all aspects of the square ecosystem. Square reps are great, and some have a lot of experience, but none of them unless they have been in the field will have the first hand knowledge of day in and day out that we do here (sorry sales reps, love you still).
I am not cocky, but confident, that if it isn't account specific, billing, or banking, that we can probably answer your question faster here, or point you in the right direction. I have been beta testing for years, and I have personally broken so many things it ain't even funny. If there is a way to bug the system, I have done it. I just found a way to really mess with the online store swapping between retail shop all and restaurant order now templates. Good stuff.

I'm looking to upgrade our subscription but not sure how I should go about it exactly. We have been operating with hand held devices for the past few years with the free subscription, but now we have multiple food concession trailers that will be operating out of different locations. During our busy reason we could have 9 trailers going some days. I currently have 3 registers and 4 handheld devices that all need their own "location" and will potentially need a few more (or lease a couple just during the busy months.) I would also like to look into utilizing square for the staff to clock-in/out and get a quote for payroll. Any advice on getting this all set up?
