As I see this is your first post let me welcome you to the Square user forums.
In this link 5957-inventory-plus ; Just above where it Talks about Stock Conversions there is this Note:
Note: There is a 100,000 item limit. Stock Received, Inventory Recount, and Return will add to the adjusted stock amount — Damage, Theft, and Loss will remove stock.
Maybe if you expanded on how you were going to be selling your items, in a Store, Website, we might be able to give a better answer. I know when I first looked into Square there was no limit on the amount of Items but they stated that performance may be degraded with over 25,000 items and that was back in 2019 or so. Currently I am at over 6800 items and I have a 16,000 square foot store.
How many Items are you looking at putting into Square?
