How to properly set up units that correspond correctly to item amt i.e. oz or mil so inventory is re

Looking for direction how to have an item deducted from inventory correctly  i.e.  Unit is glass, so when cash puts in 1 for an order of 6 oz glass of red wine it should reduce the inventory by 177.42 mil, but it is only reducing by 1ml.  Any help is much appreciated.  Thank you

Square may be treating the sale as 1 ml because the item being sold is still stocked in ml, not as a 6 oz / 177.42 ml serving conversion. I would test this on a copied item first: set the inventory stock unit and the sellable serving/conversion so one test glass deducts 177.42 ml, then apply it to the live wine items only after the test sale moves inventory correctly.
