I sell temperature sensitive product that I can no longer ship, instead of delete menu category can I disable shipping on my online store?
Hey there @delice.. Go to your web dashboard's item catalog. Select all of your items then click "Actions (at the bottom) > Fulfillment Methods." You can turn off shipping and that should do what you want. If no items have shipping enabled, then Square Online doesn't even offer the shipping option.

It worked on the items but still appears as an option on my online store
@delice every time that has happened to me (an ice cream shop so no shipping), it was because I had one item that still was marked as available to ship. Are you certain that you don't have an errant ship-enabled item out there?
@delice also, there is usually a delay from the time you edit until the time all of Square's servers have the updates propagated to them. Give it 15 or 30 minutes after your last edit and try again.
I will double check all items and check again, thank you so much for your help, with this new menu changes that were made by square seems a little bit more complicated but changes are appreciated as we now have more channels for our online store.
