Has anyone had issues with being able to print a receipt at the time of a transaction on a returned item? It is taking at least 5 min for the transaction to show up in order for us to print.
@chhomeinteriors Printing a receipt right after a return shouldn't take that long. Are you running into internet issues? If so, I suggest resetting your router or contacting your Internet Service Provider.
If you're still having issues, try reinstalling the app if using a mobile device.
